Returns & Exchange Policy
We offer free 3 day shipping with tracking for our customers on all orders. Once your order is processed and has shipped, you can expect to receive it within 3 business days or up to 5 calendar days. There are times when exceptions will be made by the carrier company, but tracking information will be made available when your products ship. If you have not received your package within the scheduled time frame, please contact us.
If your products have been damaged in transit, we will gladly provide an exchange for you at no cost. Please retain the original packaging and products and contact us within 24 hrs of your delivery.
To start a return, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your items to arrange a return of any unopened product. All of our products are shipped to you with induction seals, shrink wrap, safety seals, box packaging, and individual product wrapping. Therefore, any returned products must be in the original packaging, unopened, with safety seals and/or induction seals intact. All returns will be inspected in accordance with this policy.
Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. All products must be returned using the same shipping speed that your item was sent. Once items have been received, they will be inspected and credited to your account, less any processing fees. Please allow returns up to 10 days to appear on your billing statement.
Due to the nature of our Artisan Forged products or any products that have been opened, do not have original packaging or have been used, we cannot accept those items for returns and all sales will be final. We will only accept returns on items that have not been opened, are in the original packaging, and contain original safety seals.
Gift Card Policy: If Your Gift Recipient Has Not Received Your Gift, Please Contact Us As Soon As Possible For Steps To Recover and Replace. Note: Gift Cards Are Non Refundable If Any Portion Has Been Used.
